By visiting or by making a purchase at www.bybaron.co.uk you are bound to agree to these terms and conditions. All orders placed with payment by a client/customer, either in full or with a non-refundable deposit, for goods or services from byBaron is deemed to constitute acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
Deposit and Balance
On approval of our quote by the client, byBaron will require 50% of the total as a non-refundable deposit, for which byBaron will send an invoice. Any outstanding balance, including any additional items to your order since the collection of a deposit, will be made as your final payment and is required before collection/delivery. byBaron cannot be held responsible for delays incurred due to late payment. Intermediate payments may be required such as when part of the order is collected/delivered before the full order is complete, or when additional items are added to the order which make a significant reduction to the 50% non-refundable deposit.
Digital proofs will be sent as PDF files via internet applications such as email, Whatsapp, Facebook or Instagram. Great care is taken to ensure proofs are accurate, however, It is the responsibility of the client to check the spelling, layout, grammar, design and information. Once approval has been given byBaron cannot be held responsible for any errors and all replacements will be charged at full price.
Please note the colour may differ in print from what is viewed on a computer screen. Also due to the nature of hand made production and the materials used minor variations such as positioning, shape and size may occur.
Stationery Time Scale
We will arrange a time scale with you based around your event date and needs. We always aim to have orders complete at least one week before the event date.
Any changes or orders needed within a week will be subject to an extra fee.
Any delays incurred by waiting for approval of proofs from the client will not be the responsibility of byBaron.
Items for Hire
Clients with orders that contain items for hire will be agreeing to byBaron’s Hire Agreement which can be found here.
Orders can be collected by appointment from 7 Saviles Close, St Neots, PE19 7GD or
byBaron offers Local Delivery within 3 miles of St Neots at a charge of £2.60 or
byBaron can arrange courier subject to costs or
for Event Day stationery & decorations, byBaron offers a Delivery & Set Up service, subject to availability. Prices for which can be found here
Cancellation of Order
Any orders cancelled before the start of production will receive a full refund less the non-refundable deposit. However, once production has begun, the full amount will be charged.
Although unlikely, byBaron reserves the right to cancel an order at any stage.
All artwork, illustrations and designs are copyright of byBaron. They may not be reproduced in any form without prior permission from byBaron.
It is the clients’ responsibility to get permission to reproduce any copyrighted material, such as words of hymns or poems which are to be featured in their order.
byBaron reserves the right to use any items created for you to promote products and services. byBaron will do its best to conceal all personal details.
byBaron reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. These changes will come into effect as soon as they are added to the website.
These Terms and Conditions are between you and byBaron. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms, whether under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise.
