question What is Wedding and Party Stationery and do I need it? 
a Wedding and Party stationery keeps your guests informed with your plans. Invitations are the most important stationery as it gives your guests all the details in preparation for the day. There is also Stationery you can use on the day that helps to keep your guests organised such as Seating Plans which ensure everyone has a table to sit at.  There are all sorts of options depending on your needs which we can go through during our consultation.

question What sort of events do you design for?
a Weddings, birthday parties, children's parties, baby showers, divorce parties, funerals, corporate events and any other occasion you can think of

question I know what I want, are you able to produce my idea?
a Yes, we offer a bespoke service. This means we extend ourselves to design and source the materials needed to bring your idea to life

question Can you help me decide what I want?
a Yes, we can have a consultation at our studio, over the phone, or by email, and make some suggestions based on your likes and dislikes. We can also show you some examples and you can show us any inspiration you've found, or even share with us your cake or dress designs to work from. We also have existing designs for you to use which are priced lower as this involves less work for us.

question Do you have a workshop or studio I can visit?
a Yes we have a studio in St Neots, Cambridgeshire where you can come and see material samples and design examples. Please contact us to make an appointment.

question Why should I use your services as opposed to buying things online?
a Firstly our clients say they find being able to speak to a person reassuring as well as finding our consultations helpful in making decisions which reduces any risk of disappointment when you receive your stationery. Secondly, we provide stationary and decorations that look amazing, that reflect you and your event and that can't be bought anywhere.

question How much do you charge?
a Our bespoke work is priced depending on the amount of time we spend and what materials we use. We are able to work to all kinds of budgets and suggest different materials to suit yours. question A company offering other services for my event has quoted me less for a Seating Plan, why is this?
a We price our items according to the time and materials involved, and as we are specialist in designing and providing Stationery we like to put a lot into our work and produce items that can be kept after your special day. However, we do also offer more simple options that should match lower quotes and will mainly serve the purpose of keeping your day organised. 

question What areas do you cover?
a We are able to post most things across the UK (excluding hire items). If you require our venue set up service then we mostly work on events in Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire. However, we will consider any area if you are willing to cover the extra costs involved.

question How do you take payment? 
a Once you are happy for us to start bringing your design to life we will ask for a 50% deposit. The balance will be due before you receive your order.
